Happy Leap Day!!!
It was a little odd writing 02/29/08 today at work. I remember when I was little that Leap Day or Leap Year was a really exciting thing to think about. But now I am not really sure why it seemed so exciting.
I used to also think it would be cool to be born on February 29 - you'd only have a birthday, a true birthday, every 4 years. Now, however, I feel kinda sad for those born on February 29. They must celebrate their birthdays on either February 28 or March 1. I personally would celebrate both days (and for those of you who know me, you are not surprised by this b/c I celebrate my birthday for a whole week).
Anyway, happy birthday to all born today February 29.
